Kasey got her start in some of New Orleans best restaurants, working her way up for almost a decade under the mentorship of some of the cities most talented chefs. Kasey eventually moved to Florida where her love for movement and yoga pursued her 200hr YTT. Deciding to marry food and yoga, Kasey brings her passions together helping to coordinate amazing retreats and authentic experiences.

Amiee has been with us for over a year now and is always surprising us with her newest creations. her food is light and fresh helping you recharge your body and mind along this journey.
